Your Role:
- Complete our training program in your first 3 weeks
- Perfect your sales skills through active mentorship and hands on learning
- Actively pursue residential and commercial roofing sales
- Exceed customer expectations by managing the sales and construction process
- Assist customer through the insurance claims process
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in customer service, sales, construction or leadership or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication skills
- A strong desire for growth
- Goal Oriented
- Own a vehicle that can carry a ladder
Salary
- Earn $60,000 – $130,000 in your first year
- Base Salary of $25,000 after sales goals are hit in the first four months
- $1,500 sign on bonus distributed over first 5 weeks
- Uncapped commissions

Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of roofing projects, ensuring every job is completed to the “Renner Standard” of quality. You will serve as a critical bridge between our sales team, production crews, and the homeowner.
Key Responsibilities
● Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of roofing, siding, and window projects from contract to completion.
● Quality Control: Provide active onsite supervision to ensure all work is performed to company and manufacturer standards.
● Logistics & Material Management: Verify that all required materials are correctly delivered to job sites and manage timelines to meet client expectations.
● Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact during the build, providing clear updates and walking through completed work with homeowners to ensure total satisfaction.
● Completion Reporting: Formally close out projects by reporting finalization to management for billing and warranty purposes.
Prior Experience and Requirements:
● Construction Experience: 1 Years of Construction Experience preferred. ● Bilingual: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
● High School Diploma
Compensation & Details
Position Type – Full-Time
Hourly Rate – $25.00 per hour
Location – Red Wing, MN and surrounding areas
Standard Hours – Minimum 40 hours per week (seasonal Saturday availability may be required)
