Renner Roofing was great to work with!  After getting hail, we had them out to inspect our roof and siding.  They were very prompt, came out quickly, and got the process started.  They worked alongside our insurance adjuster so the process was smooth.  Aiden was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions, addressing our concerns, and guiding us through the process. We had hail damage on our roof and Renner Roofing took us through the entire process from an initial inspection to completing our new roof. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and have had numerous compliments on how great our roof looks . The entire staff fulfilled everything they had initially told us. The crew that installed the shingles were great also & when the job was done they cleaned up everything & it looked just like before they started the job. Cody was amazing to work with. He was extremely helpful. We appreciated having Andrea handle all of the paperwork to support our claim. We had the privilege of having Cody Leitner come out to the house for a total replacement our ridge vent and he was exceptional! I noticed a large section of our ridge vent blew off in a recent storm and a gaping hole was in my roof. This was an immediate emergency situation and we were extremely concerned about the condition of our roof. We were going out of town that night and had thunderstorms moving in. I contacted my builder who then put me in contact with Cody Leitner. He showed up at my home within an hour after talking to him. He immediately installed a temporary repair on our roof and performed an inspection of the entire roof in extreme heat. It was found that my entire ridge vent was separated from the roof and ready to blow off with the next storm. Cody masterfully coordinated a total replacement of the ridge vent and my roof was permanently repaired shortly after at no cost to us. Cody graciously took the time to take care of us when we were in need of help. Me and my family are extremely appreciative for his efforts and skill.
